You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy, but local store inventory may occasionally fluctuate.
You can cancel your order within 60 seconds of placing it, or before the store marks it as 'Packed', whichever is earlier. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.
If you receive damaged goods or if items are missing, please contact support within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will initiate a refund or replacement.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
